Mobius Trip
If the game does not appear and you only see a small colored rectangle in the upper-left corner of the game window, fullscreening fixes it. Click on the fullscreen button (four arrows) in the lower-right corner of the game window. Then press Esc if you don't want to remain fullscreened.
Infinite runner / micro-metroidvania where every area is topologically equivalent to a Mobius strip. I recommend trying the game for a minute before reading this description.
A Mobius strip holds two versions of every object in the game world, with one the vertical mirror image of the other. It only has one edge: the floor and ceiling are the same. Powerups are balloons that you release to the ceiling. When you come to the mirror image of a balloon you released, it will be on the floor, it allows you to jump higher. (This ability for objects to interact with mirror images is what makes the Mobius strip a non-orientable manifold.)
There are a total of 8 areas, 3 kinds of balloons, and 15 coins to collect. I recommend playing until you get at least 3 coins, to get the gist of the game. Collect all coins and pass through the W door to win the game. Can you find the secret area with the 15th coin?
Do your best to avoid the hazard but you have infinite health, but it can be annoying if you hit one. At the end of the game you're told how much total damage you've taken.
How it fits the theme (Loop): a Mobius strip is a special kind of loop.
Controls reference (keyboard):
- Space: jump. Tap for small jump, press and hold for a full jump. You also need to tap space in front of a doorway to enter it.
- Enter: release the currently selected balloon type (once you've gotten that ability).
- Tab: cycle between currently selected balloon types (once you've gotten more than one).
- 1/2/3: release the corresponding balloon. You get #2 first.
- Arrow keys or WASD: adjust the game speed. Tap up/down to increase/decrease the speed (up to 3x). Hold right/left for a temporary 3x increase/decrease that only lasts while you're holding the key.
- Esc/P: pause. Also shows you the number of coins available in every area you've visited, and the total damage taken so far.
- F11 to toggle fullscreen (browser dependent)

Hint for anyone stuck on the 15th coin: look closely at the W door.
